Welcome To Dest Yapi Property Solutions

Hello, and thank you for joining our team at Dest Yapi Property Solutions.

Allow us to start by saying we are not property sales agents. Yes, we do sell properties in Turkiye, but we all have to pay the bills.

We are, instead, a solutions provider that can help you navigate buying and selling property in Turkiye, especially if you have purchased a holiday home in our amazing country.

We have 18 year's experience working with clients to resolve issues from probate, to resolving mortgage clearance, to ensuring there are no debts outstanding on a house you purchase.

Probate is always an issue anywhere in the world. Selling a property when a loved one has died is unpleasant to say the least. We can never bring someone back. How we wish we could. However, we can take the strain out of the probate system by using our network of Turkish and International lawyers to smooth the process and ensure a sale progresses quickly and easily without it adding to the difficult period everyone finds themselves in.

Another issue we frequently come across is those who have taken out a mortgage to purchase a property in Turkiye. It could be a local mortgage where the bank has not removed the charge on the property despite the mortgage being paid, or an international mortgage requiring a letter confirming full payment has been received before the sale can go ahead. We have solutions for every eventuality and can help each individual case.

There are also issues with unpaid utilities bills or local taxes that frequently raise their heads as a sale is about to progress, or shortly afterwards. We will ensure there are no debts levelled against the property and resolve any issues in advance to ensure a sale or purchase progresses smoothly.

We, through our sister company, also offer project management, building, and renovation services where we abide by the highest international standards of construction, project management, and health and safety in construction.
